I just love Karen Salmansohn’s writing - always light hearted & fun while sharing great info on how to live a happier healthier life. She really does her research and shares what she knows will help us all in a style that is a humorous and smart (my favorite combo!).This book is full of eye-catching headlines and beautiful art, AND full of accurate practical health tips presented in an easy-to-consume format. I love that it’s a small book and yet super informative (also a fav combo).I bet people who are health-curious but not super into researching on their own will love this charming book. I plan to give it to family for Xmas! Here’s to a longer happier life!

I love this book! It's filled with so many interesting, unusual research studies and it's written with humor and easy to understand language. The illustrations are gorgeous too. I found myself thinking about the tools which Karen shared the next day after reading . I am going to buy this book for all my friends who I want to grow old with!
